I'm Ninad, an aspiring Business Analyst and Project Manager with a passion for turning data into insights and strategies that drive business success. 🎯 Currently pursuing my M.S. in Information Systems (Concentration in Business Intelligence) at Pace University, I’m on a mission to use my expertise in data analysis, project management, and cutting-edge technologies to make a real impact.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve sharpened my skills in programming languages like Python, SQL, and R, and tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Zoho CRM. Whether it’s crafting machine learning models to improve sales forecasts, leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions, or implementing innovative data strategies, I’m always looking for ways to solve complex business challenges.

Currently, I’m gaining hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence CRM Intern at Zoho, where I’m working on exciting projects, including improving sales forecast accuracy by 25% and enhancing data-driven decision-making tools. 📊💡

But there's more to me than just numbers and analytics. Off the clock, I’m passionate about personal growth, collaborating with diverse teams, and—believe it or not—soccer! ⚽ I played for Bombay Cambridge Gurukul at the State and District level and joined a soccer academy to reach the national level between 2011 and 2015. That teamwork, leadership, and determination I learned on the field are qualities I bring into my professional life every day.
